This time's GRM Lecture Series invites a world-class expert on conflict resolution in Africa from Cape Town, South Africa.
The lecturer is Dr. Adekeye Adetola Adebajo who has been Executive Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR) in Cape Town, South Africa, since 2003.
He served on United Nations missions in South Africa, Western Sahara, and Iraq.
He obtained his doctorate from Oxford University in England, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
This lecture is based on his book, Curse of Berlin (Oxford University Press, 2014), which has been praised by Ali A. Mazrui (State University of New York), Francis M. Deng (UN Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide), James Mayall (Cambridge University) and Ricardo Soares de Oliveira (Oxford University) among others.
This time, he is staying in Japan on the invitation of the United Nation’s University.
