First, each student makes presentation on an individual theme in 3 minutes.  After that, they are given lecturers and one-on-one instruction. Lastly, they apply the lessons from the lecturers and challenge a presentation in 3 minutes again.

"How to cut a long story short" -  the points to tell, the point of view from listeners - students learn the professioanl skills.
