Student-organized panel discussion for Japanese speaking participants
Being the member of the inaugural class for the GRM program, Ms. Inui attended the Program for Leading Graduate Schools Forum 2017 at Nagoya as a panelist with other personnel who completed other Leading Programs.
The panelist discussion was divided in to 2 parts.
In the 1st part, Ms. Inui as one of the representatives of the graduate of the Leading Program gave a presentation regarding the introduction of the GRM program, what she learned, and the process until employment. In the 2nd part at the “plenary discussion” she discussed 1. The meaning of having a “Doctor degree” in the road of future planning, 2. (Completing the Leading Program) What can be said of the Leading Program, with the crowd who were mainly present students of the Leading Program.
Ms. Inui being the only female, and also the only Doctor in the Humanities course, gave important/valuable comments based on her experience about the difficulties of utilizing her Doctor degree in the Humanities course, and also maintaining a “work-life balance”.
