Mr. Nakayama trains people to survive in this fierce global competition through providing them how to do their job more creatively and efficiently, which promises a success in business career and to get work-life balance.

Before he founded Office G&C, he worked in different management positions for large corporations over 25 years, in charge of personnel and corporate planning, and also has experience in university career center manager. He obtained an MBA while working as a manager.
