Group Work Practice I&IV Kumamoto & Fukuoka Fieldwork

A joint fieldwork for GRM program courses: Group Work Practice I and IV was conducted in Kumamoto and Fukuoka.

Under the theme of "Disaster Prevention”, the participants visited the remains of the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake and listened to the stories of the victims. They also took lectures by the specialists on the situations and disaster response at that time as well as the concept of disaster prevention. Each evening, the participants worked on groupworks with members from different research fields and nationalities, and they gave presentations in English on the final day.
